I admit that i am a bit of a warrior. The greatest fear of mine is not to be able to do every goal that i want to achieve in my life. These thing for i am struggling for will haunt me in future. In this article i want highlight some common causes of anxiety and we can overcome them. We will also learn some goods ways to keep yourself calm and keep worries from affecting affecting our life.

Essay On Fears | Causes & Tips to Reduce Fears

Introduction

I don’t  have an exact answer to overcome fears, because causes of fears will vary person to person. However following two general steps that can be taken to eliminate or reduce fears in your life.

The first and foremost step is to identify the source of fears, Once you know what make you scared, now you can tackle the root cause of  the problem for example if you fear of bat pees from your childhood, then you may need therapy or other counseling to help you work through those memories. However your fear from bat pees is based on somethings you see surrounding you practical  or like a scary movie scene, then you can start some relaxation techniques like breathing deep and visualization in your mind not to react that in future.

The second step to engage yourself, by watching videos and reading books about root cause of your fears, that will you gradually overcome your fears in future. The exposure therapy technique is more famous treatment for fear disorders and works by gradually exposing the patient.

Causes of Fear

There are several reasons why someone may fear something. In some cases, the fear may be based on personal experience or traumatic events. Otherwise, the fear may be based on irrational beliefs or superstitions. Regardless of the reason, it can be difficult to overcome fear. Here are some tips for overcoming fears:

1. Firstly recognize that fear is a reaction to a perceived threat.

2. Identify the specific fear that is worrying you and try to understand why it is making you anxious.

3. Talk about your fears with your friend who will support and encourage you.

4. Make a plan of action to address the specific fears that are causing you discomfort.

5. Must practice for accepting and facing your fears head-on.

How to Overcome Fears?

Absolutely It can be tough to overcome fears, but with the real efforts, it’s possible. Here are some tips to help you get start to overcome fears:

1. Recognize that fear is a natural reaction of a human. It’s important to understand that fear is simply a signal that something is out of our control and could potentially harm us. When we’re faced with danger, our body goes into survival mode and sends warning signals to our brain.

2. Understand why you’re afraid. Once you know what triggers your fear, you can start to work on addressing the root cause. Sometimes, fears are based on events from our past that have made us feel unsafe or helpless. If you can identify the reason behind your fear, you can start to develop a plan of action to address it.

3. Take small steps forward. Once you’ve identified your fear and understood its roots, it’s time to start taking small steps forward. This means breaking the fear down into manageable chunks and tackling one at a time. Start by doing something that makes you feel uncomfortable but doesn’t trigger your fear response. Over time, you’ll be able to take bigger steps and conquer your fears altogether!

It can be difficult to break free from our fears, but with the right mindset and effort, it is possible.
